摘　　要：把中小企业社会责任引入到企业生命周期理论的各个阶段中分析,探讨中小企业不同生命周期阶段的层次、特征。调查发现:中小企业是承担社会责任的主体,成长期阶段的中小企业对社会责任知识更感兴趣。针对中小企业生命周期不同阶段的特点,选择适当的企业承担社会责任战略模式。The paper analyzes the social responsibility of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the life cycle theory and discusses the levels and features of the small and medium-sized enterprises in different life cycle stages.The survey indicates that the small and medium-sized enterprises are the main body bearing social responsibility and they are more interested in social responsibility knowledge during their growth stages.According to the different characteristics in their different life cycle stages,the enterprises should choice the appropriate strategy modes of bearing social responsibility.
