摘 要:斜拉桥拉索锚固区是索塔受力的关键部位,在斜拉索大吨位拉力及预应力共同作用下,受力十分复杂,保证其结构安全、受力合理是斜拉桥建造过程中的关键问题。本文运用实体有限元方法对某斜拉桥索塔锚固区进行空间应力分析,对比分析了2种不同工况下锚固区的受力特点及应力分布规律。分析结果表明,采用环向井字形的水平预应力束配置形式是合理的;使用可控低回缩锚固体系有效地减少了钢束由于锚具引起的预应力损失,使各钢束在较低的张拉控制应力下预应力作用就已经充分发挥。The anchorage zone on pylon of a cable-stayed bridge is the key part,which gets complicated stress distributions under the combine action of a large tonnage tensile force and prestressing force.It is the key issue to keep the zone in a structural safety state and make a reasonable force design in the construction process of the bridge.The stress distribution of the anchorage zone is analyzed by 3D finite element method.Furthermore,the mechanical properties and the rules of stress distributions are analyzed and compared under three different load cases.The results show that the arrangement style of the horizontal prestressing tendon,which is well-shaped along the ring direction,is reasonable.The loss of prestress is effectively reduced after using the anchorage device with controllable low retraction,and the prestress effect of the entire tendon has been given full play under a lower control stress.
