浅谈近岸海域水质自动监测系统的质量保证与质量控制

摘　　要：文章介绍了广西近岸海域自动监测系统的组成、功能及运营方式,该系统由设置在广西近岸海域的16个水质自动监测站和位于我站的自动监测系统监控中心组成,是集监测、电子、通信及自动控制于一体的高新系统工程。根据该系统的技术特点和工作要求,本文对自动监测站各项规章制度的制定、人员素质保证、仪器设备维护与保养、软件系统维护、管理制度、数据质量控制、周报月报制作、资料归档等质量保证体系的建立和质量控制的方法提出一些观点与看法。The composition, function and operation mode of Sea Water Quality Automatic Monitoring System in offshore area of Guangxi were introduced. The system was composed of 16 automatic water quality monitoring stations, which were located at offshore area of Guangxi, and the control center in Guangxi Beihai Marine Environmental Monitor Center. The system was a senior project with function of monitoring, electronic, communication and automatic control. According to the technique characteristics and operation requirements of this monitoring system, some viewpoints and suggestions on the rule system, technician training, quality guarantee system and the methods for quality control, such as maintenance of instruments and software system, management system, data quality control, weekly and monthly report, data filing, et. al. , were proposed.
