摘  要:高压水射流技术是利用增压设备和特定形状喷嘴来产生高速水射流,具有极高的能级密度。与传统技术相比,高压水射流技术能够改进油井产量、地层渗透率及采油速度。为此,高压大排量水力射孔机组采用高压水射流技术进行油井完井,可以在某段地层上射出更深且直径更大的孔道,无压实、无伤害,从而提高了井筒周围导流能力与单井产量。现场的应用表明,本套设备更好地改善了施工的高效性和作业的安全性。High pressure water jet technology generates high speed water jet by pressurized equipment and specific shape nozzle,having extremely high level density.Compared with traditional techniques,high pressure water jet technology can improve oil production,stratum penetration and oil extraction rate.For this reason,hydraulic perforation unit for high pressure and large displacement conducts oil well completion by high pressure water jet technology,and can inject deeper and larger diameter pore with no compaction and damage in some certain stratum,so increases diversion capability around well bore and single well production.The field application shows that this set of equipment improves construction efficiency and operation security.
