摘　　要：当前研究生就业形势不容乐观,提高研究生就业率及就业质量已成为亟待解决的问题,而解决研究生就业困难的关键是培养提升研究生的核心竞争力。东北大学中荷生物医学与信息工程学院以2008-2011届研究生为研究对象,围绕职业规划能力、资源获取能力、科研创新与实践能力三个要素开展研究生核心竞争力培养,提出破解研究生就业难题的对策。The current employment situation of graduate is not optimistic, the improvement of the graduate em ployment rate and employment quality has become the problem that to be solved urgently, and the key of solv ing the employment difficulty of graduate student ＇s to promote the core competitiveness of graduate students. School of Biomedical and Information Engineering that administrated by China-Holland in Northeastern Univer sity selected graduate students among the period of 2008-2011 as the research object to cultivate the core com petitiveness of graduate students around the three elements of occupation planning ability, the ability to obtain resource, the research and practice innovation ability, and put forward the countermeasure to solve the difficult problem of graduate employment.
