摘　　要：推进研究型教学是实现"卓越工程师培养计划"目标的关键。通过分析煤炭行业高等教育现状及"卓越工程师培养"计划的现实意义,笔者对研究型教学方法应用的必要性和紧迫性进行了论证,提出推进研究型教学改革应以"突出学生主体性、构建多元研究型教学方法体系、提高教学内容开放性和前瞻性、完善‘双导师’培养机制和丰富学生考核体系"为重点。The key of the target of achieving ＂Excellence Engineer Training Plan＂ is to promote the research-ori- ented teaching. Through the analysis of coal industry current situation of higher education and the real signifi- cance of ＂Excellence Engineer Cultivation Plan＂, the article demonstrated the urgency and necessity of the re- search-oriented teaching method application, put forward to advance the teaching reform should be take the ＂highlighting students＇ subjectivity and constructing the multiple approaches system of research-type teaching, improving the openness and prospective of teaching content, perfecting the training mechanism of ＂double tutors＂ and enriching the students evaluation system＂ as the focus.
