摘  要:对某2号机组进行了A级检修后,重新启动机组运行,发现凝结水的溶解氧量一直处于超标状态,其数值在80~130μg/L之间。通过对现场情况的了解,并对凝结水溶解氧量的超标情况进行分析,发现系统内存在漏点,经采取措施后,凝结水溶解氧量超标情况得到了显著改善,其数值恢复到5~10μg/L之间,达到了机组运行的设计要求。After overhaul ending and starting of No. 2 power unit, dissolved oxygen in condensate is often in over-proof condition, whose value varies between 80 μg/L~130μg/L. Aiming at the phenomenon, the cause was analyzed on the dissolved oxygen over-prod in condensate in the paper and existing leakage in vacuum system was found, and then corresponding mesures were put forward. The situation of dissolved oxygen in the condensate has been improved significantly, whose value varies between 5/μg/L~ 10 μg/L, and obtains the requirements, of design of the unit.
