摘　　要：哈萨克斯坦是中亚地区面积最大的国家。自1991年独立以来,总体来说,政治稳定、经济处于稳步发展,哈萨克斯坦投资环境趋于良好,但其也存在政策变动性大、社会问题多等不利条件。正确看待哈萨克斯坦投资环境有利于新疆的投资。Kazakhstan is the biggest country in the Central Asia. Since 1991, its government is stabile and the economy develops steadily. Investment environment in Kazakhstan is tended to be nice, but there are some disadvantageous conditions exited, such as the policy fluctuation and social problems etc. A accurate analysis of the investment environment of Kazakhstan is advantageous to the investment of Xinjiang.
