中国风筝冲浪运动发展势态分析

摘　　要：国际帆联2012年5月5日公布风筝冲浪将替代帆板列入2016年巴西里约热内卢奥运会项目,面对这一变化,本研究对国内外风筝冲浪发展历史和中国风筝冲浪发展势态进行一些分析,结果表明:中国风筝冲浪项目发展优势有:文化渊源;体制优势;地理优势;种族优势;劣势有:起步相对较晚;理论科研落后;区域经济非衡;同时中国风筝冲浪项目发展的机会有:实施全民健身与发展休闲体育的时代召唤;优势战略转化与备战巴西奥运的路径启示;发展滨海体育与拓展滨海产业的商业导向。The International Sailing Federation（ISAF） selects kiteboarding to replace windsurfing for Rio 2016 on may 5,2012.Facing the change,this study analyses the history of domestic and overseas development of kiteboarding and developmental situation of Chinese kiteboarding.The results show that the superiority of Chinese kiteboarding include： Cultural origins;Constitution;Geography;Ethnic group;and the weakness comprise： Late starting;Lack of theoretical research;Unbalance development of regional economy;and the opportunity contain： Occasion of implementing nationwide body-building and developing leisure sports;Enlightenment path of transforming advantage strategy and preparing for Rio 2016;Commercial orientation of developing littoral sports and expanding littoral industry.
