篮球、手球、足球运动员心肺机能的比较分析

摘　　要：采用AZN-E30型心功能检测仪和MINATO,AS-505型肺功能仪对篮球、手球、足球运动员心脏动力学和肺通气量参数进行测定,并对测定数据进行比较分析。结果表明:篮球组、手球组、足球组心率、血压、喷血阻抗、利能率、肺活量和每分钟通气量指标相比较存在明显差异(P<0.01);篮球组与足球组的心搏指数存在差异(P<0.05);篮球组与手球组的用力肺活量存在差异性(P<0.05)。篮球组静息心率、收缩压低于手球组和足球组,但篮球组舒张压低于手球组而高于足球组;在心搏指数方面,篮球组相对手球组合足球组而已占有一定优势;手球组肺活量高于篮球组和足球组,篮球组肺活量最低。This paper uses the AZN-E30 cardiac function detector,MINATO and AS-505 pulmonary function detector to determine the basketball,handball,football athletes＇ cardiac dynamics and pulmonary ventilation directly,compares and analyzes the data.These statistics indicate that the heart rate,blood pressure,spray blood impedance,energy,vital capacity and every minute ventilation in group basketball,handball,football were compared and have the significantly differences（P0.01）;Results levels of the heart beat index in group basketball were significantly higher than that in group football（P0.05）,levels of the forced vital capacity in group basketball and handball have the differences（P0.05）.Compared with the handball group and football group in the resting heart rate,in the systolic blood pressure of the group basketball players was significantly decreased,but in the diastolic blood pressure,the group basketball was lower than the group handball and higher than the group football;In heart beat index,the basketball group holds certain advantages for the handball group and football group;The vital capacity of handball group was higher than the basketball group and football group,the vital capacity of basketball group was minimum.
