五子颗粒水提工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的优选五子颗粒的水提工艺。方法以总多糖的含量作为考察指标,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定,采用L9(3)4正交设计优选最佳水提工艺。结果五子颗粒的最佳提取工艺为10倍量的水回流提取2次,每次1h。结论优选得到的五子颗粒水提工艺稳定、简便、可行。Objective To optimize the extraction of Wuzi Granules extraction technology. Methods The determination was performed by phenol-sulfuric acid method, using the content of total polysaccharides as index, the L9 （3）4 orthogonal test design was adopted to optimize the extraction process. Results The best extraction process for Wuzi Granules waslO times the amount of water extracted two times, each time 1 hour. Conclusion The extraction process is stable, simple and feasible.
