维持性血液透析合并梅毒患者的护理管理

摘　　要：目的总结血液净化中心维持性血液透析合并梅毒患者的护理管理。方法对11例维持性血液透析合并梅毒患者严格执行首次体检制度和消毒隔离制度,专区专机透析,严格执行护理操作流程,建立良好的质量管理体系,做好标准预防、心理护理和健康教育,分析其交叉感染情况。结果 11例梅毒患者共进行血液透析1 927例次,无1例发生交叉感染。结论严格的护理管理可有效避免维持性血液透析合并梅毒患者的交叉感染。Objective To analyze the blood purification center of maintenance hemodialysis patients compli cated with syphilis nursing management. Methods Elven cases of syphilis patients with maintenance he modialysis were combined for the first time, strict implementation of the medical system and the disinfec tion and isolation system, special zone dialysi were undetaken, strictly implemented the nursing operation flow, and established a good quality management system, completed the standard prevention, psychologi cal nursing and health education, had been analyzing the cross infection status. Results Elven cases of pa tients with syphilis were undergoing hemodialysis in 1 927 cases, none case of cross infection. Conclusion Strict nursing management can effectively avoid the maintenance hemodialysis patients complicated with syphilis infection.
