摘  要:《压力容器》杂志2012年第7期上发表的《球罐整体结构自振周期计算及地震响应分析》一文中通过不同的方法对多种规格球罐结构水平刚度、自振周期及地震响应进行分析计算,指出现行球罐设计标准GB 12337—1998《钢制球形储罐》对大型球罐的计算误差较大,《压力容器》杂志2006年第3期上发表的《球罐整体结构水平刚度及支柱拉杆应力分析》一文中给出一种较精确的球罐整体结构水平刚度、自振周期的工程计算方法。通过不同的方法对多种规格球罐结构水平地震工况的支柱和拉杆及地脚螺栓的应力分析计算,指出球罐结构设计应注意的问题,为球罐设计标准的改版提出一些建议。Horizontal stiffness, natural period of vibration and response analysis of seismic force of several spherical tanks were analysed and calculated through different methods in reference "Natural Period of Vibration Calculation of Spherical Tank as a Whole and Response Analysis of Seismic Force" published in the journal of Pressure Vessel Technology in No. 7 2012. It pointed out that the results of design stand- ard GB 12337--1998" Steel Spherical Tanks" have great error. The engineering calculation method of reference "Horizontal Stiffness of Spherical Tank as a Whole and Stress Analysis of Tie -- rod Between Support Columns" published in the journal of Pressure Vessel Technology in No. 3 2006 is more precise for the calculation of horizontal stiffness and natural period of vibration of spherical tank as a whole. Column, tierod and anchor bolt of several spherical tanks in seismic condition were analysed and calculated through different methods. Several questions that should be paid attention to were pointed out, and some suggestions for the revision of spherical tank design standard were put forward.
