高职高专物流专业学生“置换顶岗”实习模式的思考

摘　　要：针对高职高专物流管理专业特点,在明确"置换顶岗"新实习模式意义的基础上,着重探讨"置换顶岗"实习的具体策略和措施,并使其顺利进行,达到校企互利共赢。Based on the features of the major of logistics management in vocational colleges and the connotation of the new practice mode of ＂interchange internship＂ ,this essay discusses about the strategies and measures of the prac- tice mode,which can ensure its smooth implementation to reach a win-win school-enterprise partnership.
