摘　　要：本文介绍了ZigBee技术(无线传感器网络技术)的特点和优势,以及与其他几种无线通信技术的区别。详细叙述了KJ296煤矿人员管理系统的特点,以及ZigBee技术在此系统中的应用。This paper introduces the ZigBee Technology （ Wireless Sensor Network ）, it＇s features, it＇s advan- tages, and the difference between it and others wireless communication technologies. It descriptsthe characteris- tics of the KJ296 mine personnel management system .finally, the application of ZigBee Technology in this man- agement system is studied.
