关于金融支持陕西省保障性住房建设的调研

摘　　要：大力推进保障性住房建设对构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。本文分析了陕西省保障性住房建设及金融支持现状,探讨了金融支持保障性住房建设中存在的主要问题。在此基础上指出,完善保障性住房投融资体系,应从完善有关政策法规,统筹考虑保障性住房建设规划;出台保障性住房专项信贷扶持政策,推动保障性住房金融产品创新;加大对保障性住房的支持力度,拓宽保障性住房融资渠道等方面入手,以支持保障性住房建设。It is meaningful for constructing harmonious socialist society to greatly push indemnificatory housing construction. The paper analyzes the present situation of indemnificatory housing construction and financial support in Shaanxi province, discusses the main problems in the financial support for indemnificatory housing construction. On the above analysis the paper points out that to per- fect the financing system of indemnificatory housing construction, the following suggestions should be considered such as perfecting policies and laws to consider indemnificatory housing construction layout as a whole; making the policies of credit support for indem- nificatory housing to push the financial product innovation of indemnificatory housing; increasing the support for inden＇mificatory housing to expand the financing channels of indemnificatory housing.
