摘　　要：已有关于资本项目可兑换的研究主要集中于资本项目整体的管制效果,以及直接投资、外债、证券投资三者的开放顺序安排,缺乏对单个子项管制效果和开放路径的研究。本文对各国FDI项下可兑换的经验加以介绍和分析,并在系统梳理我国目前直接投资项下管理现状的基础上,通过定性和定量的分析方法对我国现行直接投资项下政策的管理效果进行了评估,并提出直接投资项下进一步可兑换的路径安排和风险控制体系。The research on capital account convertibility is centered around the overall administration effect of capital account and the sequence of liberalization of direct investment, foreign debt and security investment, while few research has be done on the administration effect and liberalization pattern of single item. The paper analyzes the experience of FDI convertibility in some countries, evaluates the administration effect of FDI policy by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis on the basis of systematically reviewing present situation of FDI administration and proposes further convertibility routte and the risk control system of FDI.
