摘　　要：大力发展订单农业对促进现代农业发展具有重要意义。本文总结了商洛地区"金融鼎立支持、财政配套帮扶、保险积极跟进"的"订单+金融"运作机制和主要做法,分析其存在问题,并针对进一步发展订单农业中的金融创新,提出对策建议。It is meaningful for promoting rural economic development to greatly develop the order agriculture. The paper summa- rizes the operating mechanism and measures such as financial support, fiscal assistance and insurance cooperation in Shangluo, ana- lyzes the problems, and brings forward countermeasures aiming at the financial innovation in further developing order agriculture.
