摘　　要：目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者血压变异性以及血压变异给患者带来的危害。方法:运用24h动态血压监测比较OSAS合并高血压患者与单纯高血压患者血压变异性。结果:OSAS患者的血压变异性明显高于单纯高血压患者(P<0.05)。结论:OSAS患者血压变异性大,直接加重动脉血管的损伤。Objective：To investigate the blood pressure variability in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome （ OSAS） and the harmful effect of blood pressure variability for those patients. Methods ：Blood pressure variability was determined by 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and compared between patients with OSAS associated with hypertension and simple hypertension. Results ： The blood pressure variability of patients with OSAS was more significat than that of patients with simple hypertension without OSAS. Conclusion：Blood pressure variability in patients with OSAS is greater and directly increa- ses the damage to the arteries.
