摘　　要：目的初步探讨肺癌、结核高发(云南)地区18F-FDG PET/CT鉴别孤立性肺结节(SPN)良恶性的诊断价值。方法回顾分析就诊于本院胸心血管外科的83例SPN病例,入选病例均行18F-FDG PET-CT扫描并行手术切除后获得病理诊断。结果以术后病理诊断为标准,PET/CT扫描检查诊断敏感度为87.09%(27/31);特异度为86.53%(45/52);准确性为86.74%(72/83)。结论18F-FDG PET/CT显像对SPN有很好的诊断价值,但对于直径小于1cm的SPN诊断准确性较直径大于1cm的差。Objective To evaluate the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis of benign or malignant solitary pulmonary nodules （SPN） Methods Retrospective analysis of 83 patients with SPN who received lSF-FDG PET/CT and were postoperatively diagnosed by pathology between December 2008 to December 2011 were enrolled to this study. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of SPN were 87.09% （27/31） , 86.53% （45/52） and 86.74% （72/83） . Conclusion lSF-FDG PET/CT has a high diagnostic accuracy in the differentiation of SPNs. But in the SPN less than lcm in diameter, it has relatively poor diagnostic accuracy.
