几种节育环临床应用对比观察

摘　　要：目的观察吉妮环的临床应用效果是否优于T型环,活性元宫环。方法本研究选取2007年1月～2009年1月,在我站自愿要求放置宫内节器,身体健康,而无上环禁忌症者649例,随机分成3组,元宫环220例,吉妮环208例,T型环221例,置器后定期随访(放环后1月、3月、6月、1年、2年)。结果累计,活性元宫环,带器妊娠率6.82%,T型环7.27%,吉妮环2.88%,脱环率元宫环8.18%,T型环6.84%,吉妮环2.4%,续用率活性元宫环79.1%,T型环76.8%,吉妮环92.8%,结论吉妮环具有脱落率低,不良反应少。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of Genefix IUD （intrauterine device）, T-shaped IUD and y- IUD.Methods From January 2007 to January 2009, 649 cases were randomly divided into three groups：y-IUD 220 cases, Genefix208 cases and T-ring 221 cases.Follow-up was made after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years. Results Accumulative pregnancy rate was 6.82%, 7.27%, and 2.88% in y- IUD group,T-ring group and Genefix IUD group indinidually. Conclusion Out of the 3 IUDs,Genefix IUD causes least side effects, its expulsion rate is low and the contraceptive effect is good. It is worthy of wide application.
