摘　　要：实验发现环丙沙星能与稀土钇离子形成二元配合物,使环丙沙星特征荧光显著增强。研究环丙沙星与钇离子的络合发光反应,建立了一种以钇离子为荧光探针分析痕量环丙沙星含量的新方法,在最大激发和发射波长为274 nm和429 nm处测定荧光强度,环丙沙星浓度在1.23×10-8mol.dm-3～1.23×10-6mol.dm-3范围内与体系的荧光强度具有良好的线性关系,检出限为5.00×10-10mol.dm-3(S/N=3)。该法用于盐酸环丙沙星药片、鸡饲料以及鸡蛋中环丙沙星含量的检测,结果令人满意。Experiments indicated that Y3＋ could form complex with ciprofloxacin to remarkablely enhance characteristic fluorescence of ciprofloxaein . Thus a new method for the determination of ciprofloxacin was put forward. The fluorescence intensity was measured with excitation and emission wavelengths of 274 nm,429 nm ,respectively. The result showed that fluorescence intensity of the system presented a linear relationship with the concentration of ciprofloxacin in the range of 1.23×10-8mol·dm-3～1.23×10-6mol·dm-1, the detection limit （S/N = 3）was 5.00×10-10mol·dm-3. The method has been applied to the determinations of CIP in various samples with satisfactory results.
