摘  要:液压缸筒用合金钢管经过高温淬火时,受到冷却介质急冷因素影响,瞬间产生热胀冷缩的现象,以及冷拔钢管本身残余应力差,钢管在经过调质后产生形变;并且,调质(或正火)工艺均属于高温热处理工艺,钢管容易产生脱碳现象;再者,经过调质(或正火)后,钢管表面产生氧化铁皮(Fe2O3及Fe3O4),粗糙度急剧下降。该文意在论述,对液压缸筒用合金钢管采取低温长时间保温,以达到沉淀硬化目的的时效处理工艺。当钢管冷加工时金属晶粒呈纵向滑移伸长产生错位,在冷加工硬化的基础上,时效热处理时,变形的晶粒形成多边化的亚结构,当晶粒得到沉淀硬化时,钢管力学性能和工艺性能得到全面提高,完全满足液压缸筒所需强度高、硬度高、耐磨性好、塑性强、承受压力大等技术条件。When quenched at high temperature, the hydraulic cylinder used tubes will occur phenomenon of thermal expansion and cold contraction and will deform after quenching because of fast cooling and lack of stress in itself. Besides, quenching or normalizing process both are high temperate heat treatment, which will lead to decarbonization easily, thirdly, steel tube surface will occur Oxide Seales(Fe2O3 and Fe3O4)after quenching or normalizing and the roughness degree drops rapidly. This article aims to state the aging heat treatment of keeping steel tubes at a low temperate in long time to the purpose of deposition and rigidification. During the tube cold machining, the metal grain appears in longitudinal shape and slips and become longer and then dislocates. With rigidification of cold drawing and aging heat treatment, the transfigured grain turns into multilateral substructure after the grain 's deposition and rigidifieation, the total mechanics and proess property are improved completely which will satisfy the hydraulic cylinder needed high strength, high hardness, good durability, strong plastic property and high pressure endurance.
