摘  要:概括分析了金相晶粒度定量评定中的关键技术,并对国内外在金相晶粒度评定技术方面的进展情况进行了分析。最后对晶粒度评定技术的发展进行了展望,针对复杂的金相图像,其晶界的准确提取与重建难题可望得以解决,有望利用晶粒度评定软件实现自动化的或者是较少人为干预的晶粒度、混合晶粒度等的定量评定,以更好地满足生产实际中金属晶粒度评定的需求。The key techniques of quantitative estimating for metallographic grain size were discussed, the development situations of estimating for grain size at home and abroad were introduced subsequently, and the future of estimating for grain size was clarified in the end. For complex metallographie images, problems of accurate extraction and reconstruction of grain boundaries would be solved in the near future, and quantitative estimating for grain size by software automatically or with less human intervention is expected to realize correspondingly to meet with the actual needs in factory.
