摘　　要：证明了由半集代数生成的正规类等于半集代数生成的σ代数,并提出一个新的集类:仿正规类.证明了这种仿正规类的单调类定理:由半集代数生成的仿正规类也等于半集代数生成的σ代数.It is shown that the smallest normal class containing a semi--algebra coincides with the smallest σ-algebra containing this semi-algebra, and a new class i. e. para-normal class is given. It is also shown that the monotone class theorem about para-normal class, i.e. the smallest para-normal class containing semi-algebra coincides with the smallest σ-algebra containing this semi-algebra.
