高强高模聚乙烯纤维产业化的现状及思考

摘　　要：介绍了高强高模聚乙烯纤维产业化的国内外发展现状、产品性能和应用技术,特别研究了有关国外公司产业化的发展战略,指出了国内高强高模聚乙烯纤维产业与国外的差距。对进一步做大做强我国高强高模聚乙烯纤维产业提出了看法:关键在于真正重视技术进步和研发创新,敢于交流和借鉴国内外先进技术,以企业为主体实行产、学、研三结合,推进技术进步和创新,整合行业资源,组建有实力的大企业进行应用技术研究和市场拓展开发。The current status about industrial development and product performance and application technology of HSHMPE fiber both at home and abroad, especially on the strategy of industrialization of the foreign companies were introduced. The gap between Chinese HSHMPE fiber industry and foreign companies were pointed out. The viewpoints were presented for future strengthen and enlarge China＇s HSHMPE fiber industry： the most key are to really put importance on technical progress, and innovation, to exchange and learn advanced technology from domestic and abroad, make collaboration of industry, education, and research mainly based on enterprises, thus to promote technical progress and innovation, and integrate industrial resources to build up large companies full of strength to carry out applied technologies research and market developments.
