摘 要:目的:建立超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱法同时检测18种邻苯二甲酸酯化合物,并定量测定邻苯二甲酸二异葵酯(DIDP),邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP),邻苯二甲酸二壬酯(DNNP)含量。方法:色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLCHSS T3(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm),以流动相A为乙腈,流动相B为5 mmol.L-1醋酸铵溶液进行梯度洗脱,采用(+)ESI电离源,以[M+H]+离子峰作为定性定量分析时监测的离子。结果:各色谱峰分离度良好,DIDP,DINP,DNNP分别在0.060 6~2.424μg.mL-1,0.054 15~2.166μg.mL-1,0.051 45~1.029μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,方法 RSD<1.8%。结论:本法灵敏、快速、准确,可作为测定邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的参考方法。Objectives: To establish a UPLC/TOF-MS method for determination of phthalic acid esters. Methods: UPLC/TOF-MS method was achieved on ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 column (2. 1 mm × 100 mm, 1. 8 um) ,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) -5 mmol · L -1 ammonium acetate solution(B) with gradient elution. The [ M + HI + precursor ion of each component was detected in the positive ion mode. Results: The method was linear in the concentration range of 0. 060 6-2. 424 ug · mL -1, 0. 054 15-2. 166 ug ·mL -1, 0. 051 45-1. 029 ug · mL-1 for DIDP, DINP and DNNP respectively, and the method RSD was less than 1.8%. Conclusions: The method was sensitive, rapid, accurate and feasible to determine phthalic acid esters.
