摘  要:针对广西已建高速公路部分路段由于使用风化泥岩开挖料作为路基填料而出现的路面开裂等路基病害,对风化泥岩的基本物理性质和水稳定性进行了室内试验研究。在有压及无压条件下探讨其在干湿循环过程中的变形及强度变化规律。试验结果表明:风化泥岩水稳定性较差,在有压条件下,上覆荷载对试样的变形具有一定的抑制作用,试样的CBR值及不排水抗剪强度较无压状态下有显著的提高,但经过一定的干湿循环次数后,其CBR值不能满足规范要求。综合试验结果可得风化泥岩是一种不良的路基填料,不能直接用于路基填筑,试验成果可为实际工程中风化泥岩等软岩作为路基填料的相关研究提供参考。In some sections of constructed expressway of Guangxi, weathered mudstone is used as subgrade fill- ing material so that certain roadbed diseases such as pavement crack happen enormously. In order to discuss the feasibility of filled subgrade with weathered mudstone, the basic physical characteristic and the water stability of weathered mudstone are analysed through indoor tests, from this, the regularity of deformation and strength property about weathered mudstone in the process of drying and wetting cycles under free and loading condition. The labora- tory test results show that weathered mudstone have weak water stability. Under loading condition, the deformation of specimens are suppressed by overburden load, it is CBR value and undrained shear strength are significantly in- creased compare with non-loading condition, but after certain drying and wetting cycles,it' s CBR value can' t meet the specifications. From the test results, that can be seen weathered mudstone is a kind of weak roadbed material which is not directly used as subgrade filling material. The test results provide a reference for related research of filled subgrade with weathered mudstone and other soft rocks in engineering practice.
