摘 要:原油蒸馏过程设备投资大、能耗高,影响产品质量因素较多,对控制要求较高。研究利用流程模拟软件(ChemCAD),应用Tower Plus模块,采用Grayson-Streed热力学模型,绘制了原油实沸点曲线。建立了石油分离过程模拟流程。考察了设备参数和操作条件。模拟了精馏塔内的温度分布及塔内汽液相流量分布。精馏塔内在机理比较复杂,可控参数较多,但在模拟的基础上进行系统的调节和控制,减少了实际操作的盲目性,降低了生产成本,缩短了生产周期。模拟结果对工业过程的设计和改造具有一定的指导意义。Equipment investment and energy consumption is higher to the distillation process of crude oil. In- fluence factors of product quality are very much, So it is higher to controlling demand. The simulation software of Chem CAD was used. Application of tower plus module, Grayson-Streed thermodynamics model in this chemical software was used to stimulate separation process of petroleum, boiling point curve of crude oil was drawed, and the oil separation process simulation process was established. Equipment parameter and operating condition were inves- tigated, and the distribution curve in rectification column temperature along with column stage number and vapor- liquid flow distribution in distillation were simulated. Although rectification column process intrinsic mechanism quite complex, controllable parameters are very much, howeverI the simulation system on the basis of the regula- tion and control, reduce the blindness of actual operation, reduce the production cost, and shorten the production period. The results will be usefull for the scale-up of the process and further optimization.
