摘　　要：试管婴儿是近半个世纪以来生殖内分泌学研究的划时代进展,控制性促排卵的应用为排卵障碍者带来希望。但诱发排卵药物针对不同患者的治疗效果不尽相同,且诱发排卵的并发症仍有待解决。本文综述近50年人类诱发排卵机制的研究,以及各类诱发排卵药物品种及其应用。Test tube baby is an epochmaking progress in the reproductive endocrinology research since last half- century. The application of controlled ovarian stimulation brought hope for ovulation disorder. However, the causes of different efficiency in different patients or drugs are still unknow, and the adverse reactions need to be investigated and solved. This review describes the human-induced ovulation mechanism, various ovulation induction drugs and their applications in past 50 years.
