慢性心力衰竭患者6min步行试验、脑钠肽、左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者6min步行试验(6MWT)、脑钠肽(BNP)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)的相关性。方法将76例CHF患者随机分为缬沙坦治疗组和常规治疗组。缬沙坦治疗组在常规治疗心力衰竭的基础上加用缬沙坦;常规治疗组用强心剂加利尿剂。对患者进行4周的治疗观察。检测治疗前后两组患者的血压、脑钠肽(BNP)、6min步行距离(6MWT)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)等指标。结果慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者治疗4周后,两组患者6min步行距离(6MWT)、BNP、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者6min步行试验(6MWT)、脑钠肽(BNP)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)之间具有良好的相关性,这些指标能很好地反映、评估慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的病情程度及治疗效果。Objective To investigate patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） 6-minute walk test （6MWT）, brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）,left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter （LVEDD）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） correlation.Methods 76 patients with CHF were randomly divided into valsartan group and the conventional treatment group. Plus valsartan valsartan group on the basis of the conventional treatment of heart failure;Conventional treatment group with cardiac stimulant and a diuretic. 4 weeks of treatment of patients observed. Blood pressure of the patients before and after treatment, BNP, 6 minute walk distance, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction and other indicators.Results In patients with chronic heart failure after four weeks of treatment, the two groups of patients with 6 minutes walking distance of BNP, left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter （LVEDD）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） compared with before treatment difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Chronic heart failure （CHF） patients 6-minute walk test （6MWT）, brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction between good, these indicators reflect assessment of severity and treatment effects in patients with chronic heart failure.
