全球化对拉丁美洲经济的影响

摘　　要：经济全球化正在对各国经济、特别是对拉美经济产生重大影响。全球化犹如一把“双刃剑” ,在带来机遇的同时也会带来风险。经济全球化可以为拉美国家实现经济发展、赶超发达国家提供机遇。全球化对拉美经济产生的负面效应表现在以下几方面 :拉美地区贸易条件的恶化并未得到根本扭转 ,贸易逆差日益加大 ;拉美国家的债务负担越来越重 ;失业问题日益严重 ;造成金融秩序的混乱 ,给拉美国家的经济带来巨大损失。拉美国家在全球化中的对策 :一是拉美国家应立足本地区 ,面向全世界 ;二是加强与世界各国的合作 ,发展对外关系多元化 ,推动建立国际经济新秩序的进程。GlobalizationisgeneratingincreasinglygreatimpactuponthedevelopingregionssuchasLatin America . Itbringsbothchallengesandopportunities.MexicoandBrazil,amongothers ,arethemost activeparticipantsinglobalizationandhavereapedmanybenefits . Atthesametime ,however, Latin Americandevelopmentisconstrainedbythesideeffectsofglobalization .Forinstance ,theregion’sterms oftradehasnotturnedforthebetter;itsdebtburdenisheavier;theunemploymentproblemisallthe moreserious;andmaintainingfinancialorderisbecomingdifficult. ItseemsthatLatinAmericashouldstrengthenrelationsamongthemselvestopromotetheestablish mentofanewinternationaleconomicorder.
