儿童嗜铬细胞瘤的术前心理护理

摘　　要：对3例嗜铬细胞瘤患儿的术前护理进行回顾性总结和分析,探讨儿童肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的术前护理对围手术期的影响。通过密切观察病情变化,做到合理检查,明确诊断,充分应用责任制优质护理程序对3例嗜铬细胞瘤患儿和家属进行术前指导和心理干预,化解患儿因在校期间外伤引发的学校、家庭之间的矛盾,做好术前的充分准备,使手术顺利完成,取得良好的治疗效果。In this article,we＇ve made a retrospective summary and analyse to the pre-operative care of3 cases of children suffered from pheochromocytoma,approching the influence of preoperative care of Children ad- renal pheochromocytoma to the perioperative. By following the condition changes closely,we nurses should make sure the check-up is reasonable and the diagnosis is of no ambiguousness,applying high-quality nursing pro- gramme of responsibility system to the preoperative directions and psychological intervention for children and their parents in these 3 pheochromocytoma cases. In this way,contradictions between schools and families caused by injuries of children with pheochromocytoma happened during school time could be effectively de-con- flicted. Consequently,preoperative preparation could be adequately made to make sure that the operation would go smoothly to gain premium curative effect.
