摘 要:离子液体1-(2-氰乙基)-3-苄基咪唑硫酸氢盐([cebzim]HSO4)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)通过溶液浇铸法制备离子液体复合膜[cebzim]HSO4/PVA.采用FT-IR、XRD、TGA及SEM对所制备离子液体复合膜的结构和形貌进行表征.同时研究了离子液体含量对[cebzim]HSO4/PVA复合膜的耐水性能、溶胀性能、电导率及机械性能的影响.实验结果表明:随着离子液体含量的增加,[cebzim]HSO4/PVA复合膜的吸水率、溶胀率、电导率增加,机械性能下降.综合考虑,当离子液体质量分数为50%时,[cebzim]HSO4/PVA复合膜的性能最优.Ionic liquid 1-(2-cyanoethyl)-3-benzylimidazolium hydrogen sulphate ([cebzim]HSO4) and pol- yvinyl alcohol (PVA) were employed to prepare ionic liquid composite membrane by using solution casting method. The structure and morphology of ionic liquid composite membrane prepared were characterized with FT-IR, XRD, TGA and SEM. Meantime, the influence of content of ionic liquid on moisture-resist- ant ability, wet-swell ability, conductivity, and mechanical properties of the composite memberane was in- vestigated, also. It was shown by the experimental result that the moisture-retentive ability, wet-swell a- bility, and conductivity would improve, but mechanical property of the 1-cebzim]HSO4/PVA membrane would deteriorated with the increasing of [cebzim]HSO4 content. It was verified by comprehensive analy- ses that the performance of the prepared composite membrane would be optimal when I-cebzim]HSO4 con- tent was 50%.
