摘 要:用模匹配法分析铷原子频标中微波腔加载复杂结构介质的谐振特性.通过导出HE111模的本征方程,计算不同结构参数对应的谐振频率,并与CST仿真结果进行对照.该计算结果与CST仿真结果完全吻合.结果表明,玻璃泡的外径的变化,玻璃泡内填充介质相对介电常数的改变以及玻璃腔泡的移动对该介质加载微波腔的谐振频率的改变具有一定作用.The resonant characteristics of microwave cavity loaded with dielectric with complicated struc- ture in rubidium frequency standard was analyzed by using mode matching method. By deducing eigen e- quation of HE111 mode, the resonant frequencies corresponding to different structural parameters were cal- culated and the results were compared with those of CST simulations. The computation results showed a complete agreement with CST simulations. The results indicated that the variations of the glass bubble outer radius and relative permittivity of medium in the glass bubble, and the movement of the glass bubble would all have certain effect on the resonant frequency of this microwave cavity loaded with dielectrics.
