摘  要:采用微乳液-超声乳化法处理,制备海参营养素纳米悬浮剂,观察不同浓度海参营养素溶液处理下的小麦种苗生长发育状况。结果表明:经纳米海参营养素制剂处理的小麦种子,其发芽势、发芽率、株高、根长、干质量、鲜质量叶绿素含量等都有不同程度的变化,随浓度增加其变化趋势为先上升后下降。150mg·L-1纳米海参营养素制剂的促长效果最好。Using micro emulsion-phacoemulsification treatment, nano suspending of sea cucumber nutrients were prepared to observe the growth and development status of wheat seedlings under different concentrations of the sea cucumbers nutrient solution. The results showed that: wheat seed with nano sea cucumber nutrient treatment, its germination potential, germination rate, plant height, root length, dry weight, fresh weight, chlorophyll content had different degrees of change, with the increasing of concentration, the growth trend first increased and then decreased. The effect of 150 mg·L-1 nano sea cucumber nutrients preparations was the best to promote growth.
