摘　　要：目的研究综合护理对ICU综合征的影响。方法选择ICU病区的清醒住院患者100例，随机分为A组和B组各50例。A组实施综合护理，B组实施传统护理。对两组患者ICU综合征发生率、平均住院时间及护理满意度进行比较。结果A组在ICU综合征发生率，平均住院时间，护理满意度等方面优于B组。结论ICU患者实施综合护理可以有效降低ICU综合征的发生率，提高治疗效果。Aim：To study the influence of comprehensive nursing care on ICU syndrome. Methods： The research takes 100 sober in-patients in ICU wards as the study subjects. The subjects are equally divided into group A and group B at random. The patients in Group A will receive comprehensive nursing care, and those in group B will receive traditional nursing care. Then, the rate of ICU syndrome, the average length of hospitalization and the degree of satisfaction to nursing care in each group will be compared. Results： The rate of ICU syndrome, the average length of hospitalization and the degree of satisfaction to nursing care in group A are better than those in group B. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing care to the patients in ICU wards can effectively reduce the rate of ICU syndrome and improve the effect of treatment.
