摘 要:采用网格分析法,对车身覆盖件冲压制造过程中产生的成形缺陷进行分析.通过对缺陷区域的定量网格分析,计算得出该区域的材料变形行为.同时结合材料性能,将测量区域应变分布与材料成形极限曲线和相应的安全成形曲线相比较,分析与探讨了冲压缺陷产生原因及改进措施.结果表明:网格分析方法可直接反映测量区域变形行为,是进行大型覆盖件冲压成形分析和改进成形缺陷的有效方法.The defects formed,when an automobile′ body was stamped,was investigated by experimental grid method.Two practical cases of automobile stamped panel parts with the defects were studied.The real plastic strain distribution and the metal flow of the defective area during the stamping process were measured by the method.Combined with the basis of material mechanical test and forming limit analysis,the formation effects of the two parts were evaluated,and the solutions were proposed.Results show that the experimental grid method can directly reflect the deformation of the measurement area,and it is an effective way to solve the panel stamping problems and quality issues.
