摘 要:提出了毛细管电泳法分离测定石杉碱甲片中石杉碱甲含量的方法。以pH为4.6的乙酸盐溶液为电解质溶液,运行电压13kV,于波长310nm处进行紫外检测。石杉碱甲的质量浓度在5.0~60mg.L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系。采用该方法对石杉碱甲片样品中石杉碱甲的浓度进行了测定,所得加标回收率在97.8%~98.7%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在0.53%~0.85%之间。A method for the separation and determination of huperzine A in its tablets by capillary electrophoresis was proposed. An acetate buffer solution of pH 4. 6 was used as background electrolyte, and a moving voltage of 13 kV was applied. UV-detection at the wavelength of 310 nm was adopted. 1.inear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of huperzine A was kept in the range of 5.0--60 mg ·L^-. The proposed method was applied to the determination of huperzine A in its tablets, giving values of recovery obtained by standard addition method in the range of 97.8%- 98.7%, and RSD's (n=5) in the range of 0.53%-0.85%.
