摘　　要：我国经济增长的重要外部动因之一就是净出口,该经济指标的变化直接受到本国货币政策和外汇市场的影响。因此,研究我国汇率和国际收支的动态演进过程,并从中剖析两者之间的内在机理有助于解释我国非均衡稳定发展的模式。通过研究发现,只有渐进式的外汇市场改革才是最终的选择,并要确保政府集中管理外汇风险转变为各微观主体分散承担。这对于完善汇率形成机制和缓解人民币升值压力以及稳定经济增长都具有重要的意义。Net export is one of the important external motivations of economic growth, and its changes is influenced by monetary policy and foreign exchange market. Studying the dynamic evolution of exchange rate and balance of in- ternational payment can explain the non - equilibrium stable development model. Only the progressive foreign ex- change market reform is the final decisio and not managed by government. This m n,an odel d foreign exchange risk should be undertook by microscopic principal is good for completing exchange rate formation mechanism, relieving appreciation pressure and stabilizing economic growth.
