摘　　要：新中国建立以来,我国养老保险制度经过多年的发展,框架已基本形成。但由于制度设计的缺陷等诸多方面的原因,我国养老保险制度还很不完善,须加以解决。Since the founding of New China, after many years development, the framework of China~ old - age insur- ance system has been basically formed. But it still has many problems to be addressed.
