摘　　要：农业科研体制是关系到农业科研创新速度、科研成果转化效率的结构性基础性因素。如何建设有利于农业科研创新,有利于科研人才和团队建设,有利于农业发展目标的新型农业科研体制机制是农业科研管理者们多年来不断摸索研究的课题。针对于此,结合信息高速流动共享的网络化时代背景,提出了对科研体制改革的看法和科研资源大范围网络化共享的思考。Agricultural scientific system is a structural and fundamental factor that affects agricultural science and technology innovation rate and achievement transformation efficiency, therefore, it＇s a main issues to build a new agricultural research mechanism, which is good for agricultural research innovation, human resource team construction, and agricultural develop planning. Combined with the time background of high shared network, the article proposed some ideas on the scientific research system reformation and the scientific research resources sharing
