摘 要:目的:研究以大豆卵磷脂与胆固醇、胆酸钠、维生素E作为透皮给药系统,制备白及多糖柔性脂质体的制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以柔性脂质体包封率和载药量等作为评价指标,采用多指标综合分析方法优选白及多糖柔性脂质体的最佳比例。结果:白及多糖柔性脂质体的最佳制备工艺为:大豆卵磷脂与胆固醇比例(1.5:1),胆酸钠的加入量(质量比1.0%),探头超声时间5 min,以此制备工艺制得的白及多糖柔性脂质体包封率和载药量较为理想。结论:以优选工艺制备柔性脂质体可提高白及多糖的包封率高和载药量。Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of Rhizoma Bletillae polysaccharide-loaded flexible nanoliposomes consisting of soy lecithin,cholesterol,sodium cholate and vitamin E.Method:The drug loading and encapsulation elliciency as the evaluation indices,a multi-index comprehensive analysis was applied to optimize the proportion of the flexible nanoliposomes by orthogonal test.Result;The optimum proportion and composition of the flexible nanoliposomes were as follows:the rale of soy lecithin and choleslerol oil was 1.5- 1.and the amount of sodium cholate was 1.0%and the ultrasonic time was 5 min.liolh tlie entrapment efficiency and drug loading of the obtained nanoliposomes were promising.Conclusion:The enlrapmenl efficiency and drug loading of Rliizonia Blelillae polysaccharide-loaded flexible nanoliposomes can be improved using the optimized preparation technology.
