摘　　要：目的:对处方进行全样本点评,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法:运用我院处方评价系统,对2011年599 140份处方进行统计点评和分析。结果:处方合格率呈不断上升趋势,处方不合格率从1月的8.09%下降到12月的3.90%,平均不合格率为4.21%。结论:处方点评实现了药师对临床的用药监控,提高了医师用药水平和处方质量,临床医师和药师仍需为改进处方质量继续努力。Objective：To improve the quality of prescription and promote the rational drug use,through commenting the whole prescription.Method：Five hundred and ninty-nine thousand and one hundred fourty prescriptions were eraluated and analysed using the prescription evaluation system in our hospital in 2011.Result;The qualified rate of our prescriptions were increasing.The unqualified rate of prescriptions dropped from 8.09%in January to 3.90%in December,the average unqualified rate was 4.21%.Conclusion： The prescription evaluation realizes the monitoring of the medicine,improves the level and quality of physicians and the physicians and pharmacists still need to continue to work hard for the quality of prescription.
