摘　　要：根据关贸总协定乌拉圭回合签署的《服务贸易总协定》提供的总体规则框架 ,探讨了 2 1世纪中国货运代理的发展趋势和应采取的对策 。As an important part of the agreement of Uruguay Round, GATS provide us a comprehensive rule structure for the international service trade. This paper introduces the process of development of freight forwarder in the next century. Some suggestions are put forward for the negotiation at the same time.
