非物质文化遗产保护视野下“嘉兴掼牛”的保护与传承研究

摘　　要："嘉兴掼牛"是浙江嘉兴回民的一项传统民族体育活动,表演极具观赏性和惊险性,被誉为"中国式斗牛"。2010年5月,被收录为国家级非物质文化遗产。受人才、经费、宣传等因素的影响,"嘉兴掼牛"运动的发展受到一定程度的制约。充分发掘"嘉兴掼牛"的文化价值,特别是体育文化价值,保护和利用好掼牛这一非物质文化形态,对继承和发扬民族优秀传统文化、推动全民健身计划的顺利进行、增强人民体质和民族凝聚力、促进地域经济发展及社会主义精神文明建设都具有重要和深远的意义。从非物质文化遗产保护的视角梳理"嘉兴掼牛"传承与发展的思路,进而为"嘉兴掼牛"运动的健康可持续发展提供理论支撑和有益的借鉴。＂Jiaxing wrest bull＂ is a traditional sport of ethnic Hui in JiaXing ZheJiang province, as the performances of highly ornamental and thrilling, is called as ＂Chinesestyle bullfighting＂. In May 2010, ＂Jiaxing wrest bull＂ was included as a national intangible cultural heritage However, due to personnel, funding,publicity and other factors, the development of ＂Jiaxing wrest bull＂ is restricted somewhere. To fully exploit ＂Jiaxing wrest bull＂ cultural values,especially sports and cultural values, protect and make good use of this non-material cultural patterns, is important and far-reaching significance for inheriting and carrying forward national cultural traditions, promoting the progress of the national fitness program, enhancing people＇s health and national cohesion, promoting regional economic development and building of socialist spiritual civilization. This article from the perspective of non-material cultural heritage protection, combing ＂Jiaxing wrest cow＂ heritage and development of ideas, and then provide theoretical support for sustainable development, health and useful reference for ＂Jiaxing wrest cow＂ campaign.
