摘　　要：运用文献资料、数理统计等方法,对陕西省田径运动管理中心现状进行全方位、多角度的调研,从而得出陕西省田径运动管理中心存在以下方面不足:(1)人员调配欠佳;(2)运动员选拨措施不严谨;(3)运动队训练手段单一。并就以上问题作出简要的分析及给予相应的对策。Through the track and field sports management center in Shaanxi province for the four months of practice, to the present situation of the center and perspectives, comprehensive investigation concluded that the track and field sports management center of Shaanxi province exist in the following aspects： （1） insufficient personnel deployment of the poor, （2） athletes not rigorous notions measures; （3） team training means of a single. In this paper, the literature material, mathematical statistics method, embarks from the reality, just above a brief analysis and give corresponding countermeasures, so as to give all provinces, city management center to inspire, promote the continuous development of competitive sports.
