摘 要:采用具有原捻的镀银长丝单纱进行合股反向加捻,制成不同捻度的股线,并用振荡法对股线进行抑菌率测试。结果表明:镀银长丝纱杀菌速率快,能在30 min内使菌液的活菌浓度降低一个数量级,抑菌率达到70%以上,60 min内杀灭99%以上的细菌;加捻会改变镀银长丝纱的松散程度,从而影响Ag+的释放速率,并最终影响纱线的抑菌速率。在接触30 min时抑菌率与捻度比的关系符合BiDoseResp函数;当合股反向加捻的捻度与原捻的比值为0.5~1时,纱线的抑菌速率最快;捻比大于1.25以后,抑菌速率较慢,且趋于稳定。This paper makes folded yarns with different degrees of twist by combination and back twisting of silver-plated filament single yarns with original twist and tests the antibacterial rate of folded yarns with oscillametric method. The result shows that silver-plated filament yarn has a fast speed of sterilization and can lower the concentration of viable bacteria in bacterial liquid by an order of magnitude within 30 minutes, with an antibacterial rate over 70 %, and can kill over 99 % bacteria within 60 minutes; twisting will change the loose degree of silver-plated filament yarn, thus influencing the release rate of Ag+ and finally affecting the bacteriostatic speed of yarn. When it is close to 30min, the relationship between antibacterial rate and ratio of twist meets BiDoseResp function; when the ratio of degree of combination and back twisting to the original twist is 0.5-1, the bacteriostatic speed of yarn is fasted and then the ratio of twist is over 1.25, the bacteriostatic speed slows down and tends to be steady.
