芍黄通便合剂治疗气滞型便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察芍黄通便合剂治疗气滞型便秘的安全性和有效性。方法收集南充市中心医院2009年1月～2010年12月气滞型便秘患者220例,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予芍黄通便合剂口服,对照组给予麻仁丸,疗程均为21 d,记录治疗前后便质、排便费力、排便间隔时间、排便紧迫感、排便不尽感、直肠肛门的梗阻/阻塞感等情况;中医证候嗳气、胸胁痞满、腹中胀痛等相关症状;治疗过程中记录不良反应。结果用药后、停药2周后两组气滞型便秘患者的显著有效率、总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);未见严重不良反应。结论芍黄通便合剂对气滞型便秘有较好的治疗作用,未见严重不良反应。Objective To observe the safety and effectiveness of shaohuang tongbian mixture in the treatment of constipation of qi stagnation pattern/syndrome. Methods 220 cases of constipation of qi stagnation pattern/syndrome were collected from Nanchong Center Hospital, from January 2009 to December 2010. According to the visit sequence, they were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. In the treatment group, shaohuang tongbian mixture was prescribed for oral administration. In the control group, march pills were prescribed. The duration of treatment was 21 days in two groups. The stool quality, defecation difficulty, defecation frequency, defecation urgency, sensation of incomplete defecation and obstruction in the rectum and anus were observed before and after treatment, as well as the relevant symptoms of Chinese medi- cine such as belching,fullness in the chest and hypochondriac region and distending pain in the abdomen. The adverse reactions were recorded during treatment. Results After medication and 2 weeks after drug dis- continuance, the significant effective rate and the total effective rate for the patients with constipation of qi stagnation pattern/syndrome were significantly different between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The serious adverse reactions were not discovered. Conclusion Shaohuang tongbian mixture plays the satisfactory effectiveness in the treatment of constipation of qi stagnation pattern/syndrome and no serious adverse reactions are discovered.
