摘 要:以环烷酸为萃取剂,分别采用先皂化和不皂化的方式对高铝稀土料液进行萃取除铝.结果表明,环烷酸对铝有较好的选择性,经过一级萃取,稀土料液中的铝含量低于20mg/L,而稀土萃取率低于10%,采用盐酸反萃进入环烷酸的稀土,再用草酸沉淀,稀土的收率大于99%.Aluminum was extracted from high-alumina rare earth solution by saponified naphthenic acid and unsaponified naphthenic acid. The results show that naphthenic acid has excellent selectivity on aluminum. By single stage extraction, aluminum content is lower than 20mg per liter in rare earth solution, while rare earth extracting rate is lower than 10 per cent. Rare earth in naphthenic acid were stripped by hydrochloric acid, and then precipitated by oxalic acid. The yield of rare earth was more than 99 %.
